Arrival
Upon our arrival the property manager will provide our crew with lobby and roof keys. Our team will split up as the job begins. Crew members may be found in the parking lot near our truck, on the roof, and in the specified units. Property maintenance staff will be responsible for providing access to those units.

Our team takes the utmost care to protect your property and prevent any potential damage.
Disruption
Most residents can expect minimal disruption. Units on the lowest floor will be the most affected. The property management company agrees that the condo's maintenance staff will be responsible for cutting drywall in the lowest units. Our company will be responsible for cutting the access hole in the duct, and for the sheet metal patch. The association will be responsible for any repair of drywall or access panel installation.

Cleaning with air
Cleaning a 20 story building requires a high volume of compressed air paired with advanced duct cleaning tools. Your residents should expect to see an airline running from the compressor up the northwest corner of the building. Additionally, a loud "steam engine" type noise can be expected from inside their units. this is simply the cleaning tools making their way through the dryer vent.
Timeframe
The Project is expected to take 2-3 days. The timeline of the project is expected to take place in May or June of 2026, once agreed upon the Board and our company. Project completion is weather dependent and could be delayed due to inclement weather.
